pretty back yard, yeah!!!!!! Our line stops just behind those stumps on the right. Not too big but that's less Brain has to mow right!? :)

It's a little noisy when a 3 yr old runs like wildfire through a house w/ all hard wood floors. Brian's promised me it gets better w/ furniture and rugs. But as you can see, she loves it!

Once the other realtor left after an hour of paper and signing, the Bit insisted on working w/ 'her papers' so I laid out some for her to sign. She even 'signed' in the same spots on her papers as we were. This kid doesn't miss a thing!!! Such a big girl. :) Well looks like God's going to answer Abigail's sweet little prayers for a yard for her birthday!!! We got a contract on our house tonight and put one on a little house tonight!! We are numb and excited to see this whole fiasco maybe winding down to a good close. We'll keep you up to date but we are getting a little ranch in one of our top 2 neighborhoods we wanted to be in. We got some pictures tonight so here you can peek. The Bit is THRILLED to get somewhere new to run around and I think this will be a good house for us. I'm pooped and want to go visit with Brian while I can, I'm on call tonight so hopefully they'll leave me alone for a while. I know I'm so behind on my blog. I have weeks of fun to catch up on. I will, maybe tomorrow now that I don't have to 'clean for the ladies' anymore! :) Love you all and we'll keep the good news coming!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE it!! I know that I already told you all of this on the phone this AM, but since we were in the car, and Madie was screaming...and just for the RECORD...I LOVE IT!!! :) Truly it is SO cute and the neatest part about the whole thing is how the Lord picked THIS house just for ya'll, and especially Abigail on her birthday! Truly the Lord hears the prayers of His little children!! :) I love you!
Allison, I have tears in my eyes!!!! How WONDERFUL. I LOVE the hardwood floors. I see a pretty oriental rug, accented with a brass lamp in the corner. WHEW!!!! And the KITCHEN...I love it. I love the hardware, and the white cabinets! I can already smell the Yankee candle burning in the corner. The YARD...oh my goodness! I love the rock borders around the trees...I can so see you & the Bit doing chalk drawings on the porch. I couldn't be HAPPIER for you! Come on Chloe...your house is waiting for ya girlie!
Oh Happy Happy Day!!!!!!!! This is such good news and we are so excited for all of you. God is so good!!!!!! You all are so deserving!!! We love the kitchen and all of the light and the great backyard!! Your little children will love growing up here. What good memories to come!!!!
