crackers and granola bars helped get her through

Not sure what the sons of confederate soldiers had to do with St Patrick's day but they looked sharp!
It was just too pretty to pass up a day downtown for a parade today. I was proud of our little city they put on a good show for us. I found some last minute NCCC folks to join me and the girls. We were desperately ready to get out after a run of nasty colds in the family. Brian was working the home show all weekend so we were getting a little lonely. The kids seemed to enjoy all the silliness and music. Little Caroline wasn't horribly impressed with the clowns but she got through it. It was a good day with my girls and some friends.
