Lots and lots of long division

"If I fits I sits!'
So sweet, Abigail got asked to read the Christmas story at church. She loved getting to do it, she did a great job.......and she really liked wearing that head set :)
week 3 of December and the dreaded stomach bug hits our house. First Chloe....
Then 4 days after it hit Abigail. But again the cats were very supportive of their extra laying around doing nothing time.
I love that our girl is growing up.........but I love even more that she still snuggles with her mommy!!
This picture cracks me up, I almost didn't post it because I HATE when pictures show my messy house. I have no idea why I can't accept admitting this place and family make messy evenings some times. But my collection of 3 beverages to my left is a funny memory. My standard lemonade because it's my favorite, my milk little glass because we made cookies and well, you have to have milk with cookies, then finally my EMPTY wine glass because lets face it, Santa was both physically and mentally drained by this point in the week. It's real, its my life and I love it mess and all!!
Traditional cinnamon roll baking lessons at Grammies house :)
Finally an afternoon when every one is off, no school and Star Wars here we come!!!
1st day of winter break and she breaks out her craft supplies, by lunch she had accessories made for friends, me and the cats!
Santa wasn't quite done with vacation then stomach bug preventing his shopping. The girls and I hit it hard after school was out (yes, it was VERY tricky!) so after a long day on our feet at the crowded malls I took them for ice cream to reward their stamina and patience.
Finally!! That fantastic feeling when it's all done, everyone's list is complete, wrapped, arranged, Santa cookies out and half eaten and the ultimate parental sigh of relief at ............Whew!! now we wait, admire their sweetness, they are after all TOTALLY worth all work, effort and running around so now just breath ...and enjoy God's blessings!!!!!!
When I bought their matching traditional Christmas Eve Jammies back in September I never thought we'd have to run the air conditioning so it would be cool enough to wear them!!!
