Now Chloe has been equally precious this week. She's catching onto so much more each day it's so fun to watch her learn and grow. She is anxious to participate in as much as her little baby body and mind will allow her to. Every time I've put her to bed this week, after I give her her bedtime bottle I try to get her to burp. I always have before I put her down. Well now lately when she hears the sound of my hand slapping against her back she associates it with clapping and starts smiling and clapping her hands like she's done something good. It's so cute! I get so tickled I can' hardly keep burping her. I stop to laugh , she smiles and when I start up again to burp her she starts to clap again. Love this kid! When I put her in her crib she has a purple dinosaur I got her for her birthday. I like to make it talk to get her to be ok w/ being put down. She giggles so sweetly and keeps handing it back to me every time I put it down w/ a big gummy smile on her face. Also I love to smooch and chew on her toes by pulling her feet through the rails of her crib. She loves this and will roll all over the place to find me and shove her feet through the rails so I keep doing it.
These kids are a never ending source of entertainment to Brian and me. We never tire of watching and listening to what they come up with next. I guess that's just the wonderful joy that is parenthood. :)
